Fraud case by manager

I am working in ORRA fine jeweller Pvt Ltd for past 1 and half year. Today I gave my resignation letter to the manager and after that my manager started blaming that there is parcel missingof rs 150000 and 50 Gram gold coins. Which was received from our head office Mumbai. But non of the employee knows about this and there is no any such communication from our head office about this to anyone. NNow my manager are blaming me that I have stolen that from store. He is saying he is going to file an FIR against all of us but he doubts Me for this as I have given resignation. So please suggestwhatdowhat to do in this case ?????

If he files fir for theft on you or anyone else in the office then he needs to prove that he recieved such a parcel from the head office through supporting documents and such parcel is missing.he cant cook up stories simply.so dont worry if your hands are clean

The premises are usually under CCTV survillience.

Download the  copy of communication that no such parcel was sent, at all.

Thanks for your reply. But today my manager is planned something more serious like putting a piece of jewellery or some cash aur blaming me for selling store customer data to other jeweller's. in my blazers which I do not wear because it is old and that place is not under CCTV camera range. So now please suggest whether I should stay in this Organization till 15 or shall I leave today only. Please suggest

You need to be careful and keep witnesses with you may be union leaders.

The palce from which cash and jewellery is removed by manager should be under CCTV.

You are vague. Whether any such parcel existed and whether it is lost When how and by whom loss was noticed
