Sir/Madam,
We have registered several police complaint against the party who is continiously harasing us. Instead of taking any action against them, the police prepared a kalandra against both the parties.
Below are objections against the investigation report prepared by I.O.
- The opposite party never ever registered any written complaints against us.
- The investigation report is prepared by I.O, who has never ever visited our place for record of statements/investigation
- The statements recorded by I.O in Kalandra were from opposite party only. No statement was recorded from our side in this regard.
Despite an aggrieved party, we have been facing trial in SEM court for last six month and continuously receiving life threat from other party. we have been unnecessary implicated / framed in the above case on the basis of false statements made by the other party, which has no substance and has been made just to save their skin.
Please help, Can I approach Session/High Court against SEM and police authority.
