Seeking quick divorce

I GOT MARRIED 2 MONTH BEFORE as Hindu.....my husband is impotence and we both are agree for divorce .

1) Can I get divorce based on the fact that he is impotent?

2)how early we can get divorce ?

3)what is the procedure?

Dear ma'am, you should not try to get divorce. You should file to annul the marriage because the divorce would take long time and it cannot be applied before the completion of a year after marriage.
