I would like to know about Gift Deed (within relatives from father to son donee) how many percentage stamp duty currently at Hyderabad (AP) jan-2014
total property govt value is Rs 30 lacks
could you please advice me how much total amount do I need to pay for change of my name and how long this all procedure?

In the future any sibling can challenge Gift deed ?
