I need some urgent help as it is becoming very difficult to rely on anything or anyone. My wife filed a maintenance application for the RCR filed by me in the family court. My wife also filed a DV and 498 against me and my parents. The magistrate court rejected her appeal for maintenance citing the reasons like she received a sum of huge sum from insurance firm. She is a doctor and currently running her clinic.
But the family court passed a maintenance order of Rs.20000 against me. I am unable to pay such huge sum. My dad was hospitalised and i took a huge loan for his treatment. What should I do now? Please help......
