Appeal to a higher court

Dear Sir,

I am going to get a favourable verdict from Trichy Dist. Court.  It is relating to a property situated near Trichy which does not belong to my deceased father, which is wantonly included in the schedule of properties so that legal action can be initiated at tichy. In the judgement, i am expecting that trichy property will be declared as mine. In Trichy property, my sister is staying. She refuses to vacate and not giving any rent. No rental agreement as she is related. Along with this Trichy, my sister filed a civil suit for the partition of properties( one at Chennai, imaginary deposit with banks and trichy house stands in my name). She might appeal if the judgement is not favourable to her. Please tell me whether she can file appeal at Madurai High Court or Chennai High Court, where my father's property is situated. Please throw light on this subject.

Against the judgment at Trichy court, the appeal will lie in  the Madurai bench of Madras High court
