Supreme court protection of husband's parents ?

Sir, Did supreme court recently protect parents of husband, against POLICE ARREST (in 498a case) by passing order? If so please send me the copy of that order.I shall be highly obliged to you.

It is not a recent order and this order was passed by Justice Kailash Gambhir from Delhi High Court in the year 2010.

You may search on internet with this detail. Additionally, there no blanket protection. The parents may only be arrested after permission from DCP level officer only or after taking warrant from Magistrate.
