Can we question a judgement?

Hello.

I urgently need assitance on the case where the judge has dismissed the case.

Case History:

A mother had done the gift deed on the name of her two sons. the younger son got the first floor and the roof where as the elder son got the second floor. After the sudden demise of the mother, the elder brother acted smart and changed the papers in L&DO dept. which make him the owner of whole house. After 2 years the younger brother got the notice to Vacate the home. He legally stopped the procedure that time as he was suffering from Cancer. After few years to resolve the matter legally, he filed a case asking for his right. He produced all the documents which were asked and were genuine, whereas neither the L&DO dept. nor the elder brother were able to produce the documents. after 3 years the judge has dismissed the case without the proofs being produced by the opposite party.

query1: Can we question the judgement ?

query2: What can now be done by the younger brother to get his right?
