Our Co-operative Society is on MHADA Land and Conveyance for the Building is executed in favour of the Society. The land is leased from MHADA to the Society for an annual Lease charge. The Society is independent and duly registered under the MCS Act.
A commercial entity - a partnership firm - has applied for membership in the Society.
Can someone please guide us whether the membership can be approved for a partnership firm in such a situation ? If not, under what law can it be refused ?
