leave rule

sir i am a government servent i want to know say if i am given medical rest for 30 days and with the medical rest i want to take 10 days earn leave in addition to medical rest can i apply or not in the same application. By which rule the said leaves are applicable

Continuation of EL after Medical leave is permissible. Rather rule sforbid conbination of CL and EL and no other combination is forbidden. In case of any oone in your deptt is in soubt he can consut leave rules and call on to me 09891760904
