Owner name missing in online encumbrance listing.please help

Hello Sir,

My father has bought a land in the year 1984 , recently we thought of selling my father's property and found that my father's name is missing in online EC listings.

We're surprised to see that this land was sold to other parties without our intervention. Now i'm in trouble, what am i supposed to do ? This is a 30year old property and my father expired in 2007.

Please guide me.
