One of my friend wants to squash 498a case filed against him. He is from Andhra Pradesh. Hence a good lawyer is required from Hyderabad High Court. He is staying in different city and therefore it is difficult for him to find out a good lawyer from hyderabad high court. Please suggest some good lawyers from Hyderabad High Court related to squashing of 498a cases.

Quash is difficult , you have to contest the case in lower court.

Dear friend my sincere request is go for trail instead of going for quash in AP high court its time waste and nothing wil come out as a result my suggestion is hire an counsel pay him for the dates till trial starts keep patienence who knows if u are innocent the opposite party may come to u for settlment as the process of our system in judisary is very very slow.ENJOY THIS TIME IN BINDAS WAY
