Parking using even after vehicle sold

DEAR MR. KISHORE MEHTA,

I AM DARSHAN. SIR I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF SOME OF THE HOUSING SOCIETY MEMBERS HAVE ALREADY SOLD THEIR OWN VEHICLES.   BUT STILL THEY ARE LYING THAT THEIR VEHICLES HAVE GIVEN FOR REPAIRING WORKS.

MORE THEN 3 MONTHS THEIR PARKING LOTS ARE KEPT VACCANT,  WHICH WERE NOT PASSED ON TO THE OTHER NEEDY MEMBERS.

COMMITEE SAYS UNLESS YOU PROOVE THAT THEIR VEHICLES HAVE BEEN SOLD, THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING.  SO WHAT ARE THE RULES ACCORDING TO BYLAWS SIR.

THANK YOU AND AWAITING EAGRLY FOR REPLY.

Dear Darshan,

If the members had sold their vehicles and had not purchased the new one. Then they cannot hold back the parking lot as the other members who are in need should be given.

it is not the duty of the other members to prove that the car owner had sold the cars. But the society needs to issue letters to such members asking to produce their vehicles within a specific timeline failing which their parking lot would be taken over by the society and the other memebrs who are in need shall be alloted the same.

The society needs to call upon a committee meeting for the same and issue letters.
