Can anyone tell me whether I can file an RTI to ask for an information about admission procedure ,passing criteria ,fee details from a private university or not?
As I think all university ,school etc whether it is private or govt come under public domain and all are regulated by govt bodies like cbsc,ugc,aicte etc.
