I filed discharge petition in my 498A case under section 239 crpc
1. Improper police investigation, investigation completed in one day, I/O not visited any vicinity mentioned in FIR, Part-I CD and complaint. Only two statements recorded at women police station, no neighbor or independent witness statement recorded by I/O and filed chargesheet.
Can you please help me in getting relevant Apex court judgments in this regard as we need to submit written arguments on 9th Jan' 13
