Respected sir/madam,
We already have a society which is registered under society registration act in hyderabad. We are planning to open a new branch of the society in another district.
We are having few doubts. What amendments should be made in the new society registration of another district , which states that this is just a branch of the main society. This branch will be autonomous but have to follow guidline & other policy matters of the main branch/society.
How can this be done?
