Hi, If an only child (daughter) is a major and got love marriage. Does she get the property of her parents? She does not have any siblings. Can you please explain about the different situations regarding the above case, I mean in what circumstances the woman will get the property as such. Thanks in advance.

dear querist ,
all children will get equal share in the property if the proprty is ancessostral one and if the property is elf acquired then the person is free to sale/donate/gift or do anything with his self owned property.
