Me and my friends (totally 4) are planning to buy a land and construct a 4 flat apartment. We have finalzed a 1 ground land for it. As all of us want to go for home loan, we are not sure on how to register the UDS and get the bank loan.
Will the full rights be transferred from the land owner, if he gives UDS of 600 sq.ft to each one of us.
Can we apply for the bank loan with only the UDS in our name?
If we want to include both land and construction cost in the bank loan, how can we proceed with that. please provide your valuable suggestions.
