Hi All,
Does the SMS proof's are valid if the person is used fake ID ( forgred documents ) to get the mobile connection? In any case a person is showing the SMS as proof of the activity and the same said mobile connection got it with Fake documents , does the SMS proofs are valid ?

How come a person is forged the documents to get the mobile connection wihtout any criminal motive ? that to simple ID card document ? where as everyone in India will have many documents to provide for this simple thing ?
