Hi,
My question is regarding name change. I reside in Karnataka.I have changed my first name by way of affidavit and then taken a decree from the court. I have also published it in the Gazzette of India.Now i would like to have the new name in all my school certificates including degree certificates.I do not know how to proceed.Is there anyone who can help me with this legally in Bangalore for the fees.

i thing its not possible, because no need to change into the mark statement of the school and college certificate, same time you can apply to all the job if any one cotravercy your name than at the time you may submit the decree and GO changes.
