The name of the institute should not contain :- (a) Any name prohibited under The Emblems & Names(Prevention of Improper use )Act,1950 ; (b) It should not appear to be affiliated to any statutory authority / already well established Institute/ celebrity in the field/Trade mark of an organisation etc. (c) the name should not be any way misleading to the public.
The probable names to avoid :- Indian Institute of _____ or Tata Institute of ______ or Amritya Sen Institute of ____. The probable names to use :- A2Z Institute of________ or (your-name) Institute of ____ etc.
