Get it change from the Registered Gazzette Office of your state. If you are situated in mumbai, then you can approach the office at Charni Road, Mumbai.

In Mumbai parents can change the spelling of the name of their child by applying to the Municipal Office, where his birth record is maintained. Certain amount will be payable as fees.
