Dear Experts,
I had sent a writen copy of Talaq with witness sign to my wife & masjid by register post.It is correct procedure or otherwise any proper way is there.How to get talaq certificate like marraige certificate from court or masjid for further court procedings.
Please let me know.

yes, you are handled way is correct, if you have AD card is proof to accept the your talaq, any way you directly contact the concern majid get talaq certificate.

Dear Sheik Ji,
Thank for your valuable reply.One doubt.I had get my NOC in my area masjid.But marraige done in wife area masjid.I request the talaq certificate to wife area masjid they refuse me due to wife family people in masjid management.Which is correct for court procedings either i get in my area masjid or wife masjid.
