Kindly follow the advice of learned Mr. Dhingra and post the model rules.

This is  a very interesting case and valuable advice of learned experts having mastery on the subject is sought. This shall be highly educating and enriching.

If possible kindly post, in each specific instance, the interpretation of management of the rules applied to each specific case and variance/deviation from rules.

Your endeavor should be to pin point the willful and deliberate violation of relevant and applicable rules/laws and willful suppression of facts, with evil intention and motive to suffocate and inflict injustice on employee, to message the ego of superior officer and executive, and establish abuse of power by authority.

You may appeal to call the suspended chairman and lady officer (CRM) in person, who despite being the authority, dodged the process, and stated that if HO asks her she will act. While the HO stated she is the authority and she has to act. The fact posted  you is that no one acted and all slept over the case of "employee caught red handed while accepting bribe." Another point posted by you is probably CVC/CBI recommended action.

You had mentioned that due to prolonged financial hardship forced upon you, you are not able to meet your financial needs and are not able to pay premium of life insurance policies.

As you have the highest qualification of education in Insurance, you are aware that:

-if any policyholder  does not pay the premium the life insurance/pension/mediclaim policy shall lapse and as per terms of the policy in case  of unfortunate event leading to death/disability the benefits of insurance cover shall not be available.

-as per the basic principle of financial health check/insurance, an individual should have life insurance cover to the tune of 20 times the annual salary/income along with liabilities e.g. loan/long term goals/ commitment including education and marriage of children/ to build corpus sufficient to fetch pension etc.

If you do not pay premium you shall have no cover, and you shall loose the entire principle amount paid by you. You may ask the new Chairman, GM (P), DGM(P), Director (Insurance) who is govt. nominee on board of insurance company, all of them by name who shall be accountable and responsible and made to bear the cost and expenses in such an event??? Another question is who shall foot the bill for paying the premium of life insurance??? Since you have escalated the grievances to all you should address the matter to PM.

This is slow death that too being caused in a painful manner.

Kindly clarify whether the employer has included your name in the master policy or activated your group mediclaim and group insurance policy, effective from the date of order/decision on your memorial petition by the Ex. Chairman (now suspended on the charges of corruption). And what are the applicable rules of the company, law of the land, principle of insurance, and rights of employee in such case?
