Dear Sir
We have one property (house) in our village.My father was expired when we are minor.At that moment my grandmother was guardian for us and she had written on the will like"we will get the property after her death".My question is:Is she has any right to donate or transfer the property to others without our consent?.pls guide me inthis regard.
