one of my friends son got married to a girl whose brother was an IAS officer as told by girls family. Before the passing of one year of marriage the girls brother was arrested as he was a fraud and not an IAS officer, and the fraud cheated a no. of persons showing himself as an IAS officer. The Bride side in their marriage card showed the fraud as an IAS officer. Can my friend son get divorce on this ground?
