sir, i have joined LIC of India as Development officer(Class-II) in nov 2008. Before i join this job, i have served in Indian Air Force for 13 years 11 months as an airmen under technical category. And my selection for the development officer was through proper channel. along with me 2 more candidates joined in the LIC under same post in another division and they have been given pay protection. But in my case they have said since there is no reservation during recruitment process, no question of pay protection. (They replied, for my question for fixation of pay happened to my same batchmates in another division, if they do wrong, why we should do the same). But i questions that whether pay protection is admissible or not when a person shifts from central government to Public sector undertaking/Public autonomous Bodies. please reply.
