If the will in beginig say" I X.bhai................." and sign as X.tlal in entire will and mention it in bracket also,and the death cetrtificate is also in name of X.tlal, can such mistke be retificed as saying that name "X.tlal" was alias name
what the legal effect of such difference in name
(X is used to concil true name)

If the will is put in to test it may cause problems. Ins such cases evidence and cross examination is important.

The mistake of alias name in the will is not fatal. It can be corrected and at the same time it can be a point of arguement also about the genuineness of the will in question.What side you are plaintiff or defendent or at present no case of getting probate of will is filed.Clarify the situation first.
