One of my relation is married for 15 years and he and his wife never got along with eachother and kept trying to resolve the difference they had but there was no effort from his wife's side ever. She never took care of him, refused to take care of house or cook food, attend to social gathering which was essential for him officialy, he he forced she would threaten to commit suicide hence he kept quite for so long and kept suffering. They did not had any child as she never like children much and had an abortion once and after that she kept refusing to even adopt a child. He does not know what to do and how to make her change though he kept trying for over 15 years and now has givne up. They are staying seperately for more than an year now but he couldnot file a divorce as yet. Can he get a divorce from her and if yes on what possible grounds - pls suggest.
