The name can be added only by a registered deed - and would have bear full stamp duty. ALso the Bank will have to give no objection. PLease explain the objective of the name inclusion. If it is to take care of succession, it can be achieved by nomination.

Registered Sale deed is compulsory for add name in society but best way is U fill-up a nomination form in society.
