Questions for you
1. In divorce proceedings how the phone recording should be produdced - in small small clips containing only relevent conversation or recording of complete conversation? There are some recordings which are 2.5 hours long. Sure enough not all of them are of material importance and I am not sure even court will have sufficient time to hear such long conversations. At the same time we don't want the evidences to be rejecteds when we produce small clips and the opposite party claims that it is modified..
2. We are also considering options of submitting small small clips along with complete conversation. Is this approach doable/advisable?
3. Are we required to submit transcriptt of the conversation? Conversation is in reional dielect. Shall we give hindi/english translation transcriptt in the court?
