Hi,
I live in Singapore and I am a singaporean and I got pregnant by an indian national. The guy went back to his hometown in India. We filed a criminal case here in Singapore against the indian guy. We sent the sub-poena to the Singaporean Embassy in India.. What would be the next thing to do? Is it true that once he went back to his country in India, we can no longer held him liable for the criminal case he has in our country? thank you
