MOTHER PROPERTY

Neighbors mother owns a property at her village town Chittapur and now wants to give it to her younger son. But her other 2 sons declines to give the whole property to this younger son and is demanding their share. Being a muslim, and are rich enough to let go this share, they threatened her to take them to court or panchayat. Can anyone give a advice as what steps can be taken so the mother can herself own the whole property without them interfering in asking the share of it.
