Dear all experts,
I have filed a RTI for getting a copy of complaint which my wife filed against me in Crime Women Cell,Delhi.
I was told by the person who took my application for RTI that a copy of complain can be provided if complainant desires to provide?
Please advise is it so?
How can i get the copy of complain using RTI?

Did they advice you in writtem? File RTI appeal if you really need.
Don't worry if you don't get it, if it goes in court then you can take from court.
It is your right to get copy of complaint even without using RTI, complaint to Sr. police officer's.

File your application under RTI and if not received any reply/ response from them, then write to Central Information Commission (CIC) / State Information Commission.
