Dear All.
I have a query regarding filing of a civil suit. The plaintiff is a private company and the plaint is to be signed on behalf of the company by its authorized person, say A. But the person authorized on behalf of the Company to appear as witness is B, who is aware of the matter. In this case, is it mandatory for A to be present as witness for the Company or he can just sign the plaint and B can appear as witness. Please share your views.
Thanks and regards,
Deepti
