I have taken Rs 1 lac loan in 2013 and paid monthly interest of 5000/- rs upto July 2019, now the lender is asking to repay full amount of Rs. 1 lac.
I have not given any cheque there is no security given, however more than thrice amount I paid as an Interest. I am a heart Patient I don't have money to pay now.
how to safeguard myself from him.

Hello,
Let him file a case for recovery from you. You can defend the case as there are no documents executed for loan.

What to do in case that person come at home again and again. how to get rid of this? can he hurt me thru gundas and badmash. how can i protect myself
