multiple litigations

I am implicated in multiple maintenance cases, revisions and execution .Although acquitted in 498 & DV Act, but still no end of litigations.I am in Govt job.I am unable to pay high amounts of arrears along with fighting multiple cases, conditional warrant also has been issued. what to do

You have the only option to contest/ defend the case(s) through your lawyer, even if the same may have been false and fabricated.

It is advisable to consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts/ document, professional guidance and necessary proceeding.

Since you have contested and successfully defended the 498a and DV case, you can defend this case also properly.

Besides you can file a divorce case also on the grounds cruelty citing the 498a and the DV case as reasons for cruelty.
