Can a husband claim on wife's property,the property which was bought and given by wife's brother to her.

In future if both want a divorce and wife claims for her rights in husband's property, then can a husband have rights on her property?

Unless she executes relinquishing or transferring through the legally valid document, a husband can never get a good title of the property. Even if she gives any such document, she may later file a suit for using undue influence by her husband and then it becomes a voidable dispute.
