hi everyone. my name is shrikant pralhad wagh. we have a shop in bandra west which falls in pagadi system. the rent receipt is under my grandfather' name and after my grandfather's death, my father was looking after the shop. last yr my father expired. bmc has issued a 354 notice on our bldg as our landlord has submitted a structural audit report in 2015 , wic states the bldg is in a dilapidated condition. we submitted our report in 2016 wic stated the blsg is in repairaible condition. tac also devlared the bldg as dangerous. v hv taken this matter ro high court in july 2018 against our landlord and the bmc.til now v hv received any hearing as the court is giving dates. v hv devided to withdraw the case. just wanted to confirm, is there a chance of redevelopmetlnt after the demolition of the bld? is there a rule stating that the landlord has to redevlope the bldg within a certain period?. the bldg is a grd plus 1 structure. upper floor is residential and grnd is commercial.
