Dear Esteemed members,
1.My client is an NRI holding property in Hyderabad India.
2.He wants to execute a GPA in favour of his brother who resides in Hyderabad to execute/present the sale deed on his behalf sell the plot, receive and also invest the sale proceeds in purchasing another plot.
3. Can this be done by way of a single irrevocable GPA?
4.Does this need to be registered, then in which SRO?

A power of attorney is not an instrument of transfer in regard to any right, title or interest in an immovable property
