My wife left her Matrimonial home in Chandigarh to meet her parents in Sonepat. Now she refuses to join back. I have 3 kids one is with me and younger ones are with her but are studying in Chandigarh.
All posibilities of conciliation closed.
Need help to know how to take custody of Children aged 8 and 5 so that they can continue their study in Chandigarh.
Also to mention that I am a jobless person for the last 8 months and living with parents in Chandigarh in a co owned housed.
Pls. suggest a way forward.
