Hey I want to sell my Roof but when I checked in Properly Papers it's writen Ï don't have right on Roof" and I am owner of Only 2nd Floor. We brough this properly 20 years back from a lady and it was on my Elder Brothe's name after that and he transfer the properly on our name few year back but right now the Roof is on his Name his ready to trasfer the roof registry what can we do? What are the ways to take roof rights so I can sell it further
