compensation

service holder person died in motor accident ,post mortem has not been done. only death certificate available. police started case against the driver of the vehicle. insurance policy is covered during accident. whether the widow wife and minor child are entitled to get any compensation from insurance?

Yes both and if parents or either of them of deceased is alive are also entitled to comensation.
