Need urgent advise

A civil case filed in 2012 and after all proceedings done the judge adjourned his judgement from 14 months and now the judge was transferred without dispose his judgement..new judge has not yet appointed and what can i do now sir ? Pl give me any proper advise to got dispose of judgement by Sachin on 23 March 2017 You should approach District Judge to resolve your problem. by ksv nageswararao on 30 March 2017 I send a request letter to the chief justice of AP & Telangana high court about my grievence through regd post with acknowledgement and received acknowledgement as received but no further action has been not taken yet sir .

It is high time the SC adopts a system to keep track of reserved judgements in the interest of the public. Soft wares must be developed in this area of information.

Move an application before the court to dispose off the case immediately as the same is pending from long time.
