Family pension rule

Hi, I want to know if a state government employee, while in service expires and his widow re-marries will she be entitled to the family pension? if not, can the minor girl child mentioned in the legal heir certificate be made entitled to receive the family pension till a certain period?

Please suggest and confirm.

Pension is given because she is widow. When she found new husband, he will provide her oocket money, pension, tension. Not govt.  Now dont ask criminal ideas.

She's no more entitled. Her child is entitled till age specified by the state government or till start earning or till married whichever is earlier

After the death Government employee, legal Heirs are entitled to assert the duty pay and allowances. If the widowed wife remarries child is entitled till age specified by the state government. After the death Government employee, legal Heirs are entitled to assert the duty pay and allowances Suppose if you go on  https://usawriters.org/  for example  they will help you by telling some tips but to save your time would come through your mind slowly when you would exercise it again.
