Ad land

Unknowlingly I bought a site of Land and it pertsins to AD Condition ( Adi dravidar). How many year it will be treated as AD land. Who can buy? If we buy what will happen and legally how it is possible to come out of the issue? Kindly Advice and help me. I am having the land for more than 20 years with me.

The land purchased shall not be sold out within twenty years.

Dear Sir, Thanks for your response. As I am holding on to that land for more than 20 years, is it okay for me to sell? As its AD land, they didn't give me patta.

Dear Sir, Thanks for your response. My seller, an AD owned it for 20 years before selling to me. I am holding on to that land for more than 20 years, is it okay for me to sell now? As its AD land, they didn't give me patta. Will the current buyer be free of any legal problems, if he purchases from me?
