I have flat in Pune ,socity is 9 flats ,there is buyer but two questions
1) right now we have dont have recipt for maintenece,how to prove it
2) socity noc is mandatry ? I googled already and noc not needed but buyer says he cant transfer name change
plz help

Obtain reciept of maintainance from society.
Buyer is right.
He is defending his interst.
