Perjury

I have got information through RTI that a police diary had never been done in my name, but by falsely claiming so 498a was filed by my wife against me,after two and a half years after she had left her matrimonial home. Can I file for perjury and what other cases can I file against her. I am divorced. Please advise. Regards
