We have been married for 3 years, 2 yr old daughter and both earning 1L each per month. She is qualified doctorand I have evidences of educational certificate,salary slip and appointment order. I suspect false allegations and would like to safe gaurd my earnings and minimise the maintanence.
1. Currently am staying in rented propoerty. I have home in different city. Shall i do gift deed to my mum?
2. To increase my liability and decrease maintanence, shall i go to buy home and register with i,my mum's name ? I am planning to stay there.
3. Transfer shares to my dads name.
Please advice me with the correct approach. Can court order 1 time settlement ? if yes in what scenarious?
