Lokadalat awrd have 12 years limitation in this case

we bought a land but we did not paid the total amount (NOT PAID approxiamately 280000). then the opponent party filed a case against us then after we and they settled the matter in the lokadalat . THE GRANTED LOK ADALAT AWARD AS 1)out of remaining ONLY 200000 SHOULD BE PAID ON OR BEFORE 20/07/2000 we paid it in 24/06/2000 2) APPROXIMATELY REMAINING 80000 and registration charges for the land SHOULD BE PAID BY US ON registratioN DATE 3)if any of the parties have not followed this the court has full rights to do as in the lok adalat award (REGISTRTION OF THE LAND) NOTE ; *all registration facilities should be arranged BY OPPONENT PARTY*DOES NOT MENTIONED ANY LAST DATE FOR PAYMENT OF REMAINING MONEY* * opponent party should intimate us when they kept registration date by writing a letter prior 15 days of registration date if we failed to register the land within 15 days after their intimation through the letter then we have to pay reamining 80000 with interest QUESTION ; ALMOST 16 YEARS PASSED TILL NOW THEY DOES NOT INTIMATE US FOR PAYING OF REMAINNG AMOUNT (REGISTRATION DATE) SO THERE MAY BE ANY PROBLEM AND HOW TO PROCEED FURTHER IN THE COURT??? LAW OF LIMITATION 12 YEARS APPLICABLE IN THIS CASE
